We looooove to move and jump and shimmy and shake every day.
Whenever we’re having a bad day, we always feel so much better after a minute of jumping rope or hula hooping.
We feel even stronger when we stretch and flex our muscles. And faster when we run or jog.
It’s so cool that our bodies were designed so move in SO many different ways! You can tap your toes and wiggle your nose. Or bring your head to touch your leg! You can dance and hop and slide or stride. You can wobble and bobble, twist and jiggle.
All of these movements are good to do not to mention they’re good for YOU!
