We love eating (and drinking!) our veggies, but we know that not every kid does…and sometimes moms, dads, grammies and grampies just need a few cool tips to help get their kiddos excited about eating healthy foods.
That’s why our author, Vicki Marquez, was so jazzed to join her good friend, Sveta (and her co-host, Rita) on their weekly radio show, Holistic Health & Bliss for Women on Sungates Radio, to discuss raising little ones to be healthy eaters.
Their topic of conversation was how to creatively tackle modern-day challenges that parents face…specifically, how to get kiddos excited about eating their veggies!
