We’ve used crunchy almond butter in this recipe, but you can use any nut or seed butter that you like…you can also add apple slices or your favorite fruit jam!

Crunchy Almond Butter Banana Cake
- One rice cake
- 1 tbsp of crunchy almond butter
- 1/2 of a banana, sliced
- Sprinkle of hemp seed
Spread the crunchy almond butter on top of the rice cake, add a layer of sliced banana, sprinkle with hemp seeds & chomp chomp away!
